Getting Started
Step 1: Initial Appointment
When you contact us, we’ll meet in person and get an idea of the project you would like completed for your pool, hardscape, or landscape project. If you’d like, we will assist you with custom design ideas for your property. We’ll evaluate your property, observing sunlight exposure, soil, and any other obstacles that should be taken into consideration. Our designers come up with a creative solution to your project.
Step 2: Design Service
After the initial appointment, we take digital photos of your property. The photos will come with us to our office where we use state-of-the-art graphics software to create a 3D representation of our proposal. We will then come to you, or you come into our offices, to view your design.
Step 3: Installation
We then plan out a job with you and start our preparation process for the job. We’ll bring out the material and start building. Throughout the build and installation process, we’re in constant communication with our customers.
